Could be better could be worse

Pros

-good location -attentive management -safe and relatively clean

Cons

-outdated (units and ways of business i.e. rent checks, non virtual buzzer) -trash could be managed better -thin walls; can hear people on the stairs and neighbors talking/ playing music in their apartments -lack of pest control

Advice to the owners

Could use some major upgrades to the building and practices but overall not a bad place to live. While there hasn’t been a major rodent issue there is no preventative maintenance to ensure it does not happen
