Nice, but way overpriced
Pros
Doorwomen/men were awesome--good views depending on which apt you get.
Cons
Very little room in the apts, not good value for the money, not a desirable part of BK Heights, elevator super slow--will make you late for things sometimes, building slow to fix things
Advice to the owners
fix the elevator to the roof

Clean and modern 24 hour doormen Great views if you're in the right apartment of lower Manhattan Amazing neighborhood Elevator
Cons
Neighbor has an annoying kid that stampedes through their apartment and the noise travels through to mine Expensive
Advice to the owners
Wish the walls were insulated better or something. Sick of listening to the annoying banging noise on my wall
