Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent reviews for Julio Sersenio's buildings reveal mixed management performance. Tenants appreciate quiet neighborhoods, convenient bus access, and some good neighborly relations. However, pest issues—especially roach and bed bug infestations—are a persistent problem despite extermination efforts. Cleanliness and garbage management vary by property, with some complaints about hallways and trash handling. Heating and water services are inconsistent, with reports of overheating, intermittent hot water, and weak water pressure. Noise from thin walls and street activity is a concern. Owner responsiveness is generally rated moderate to low, suggesting room for improvement in timely maintenance and communication.

A decent apartment but bugs...

Pros

It's in a quiet neighborhood.

Cons

Bugs bugs bugs!! Unfortunately, there is a big roach problem in the building that is too much of a problem for even exterminators to help. The heating also gets a little too intense during the winter on the higher floors.

Advice to the owners

Fix the bug issue and the apartment will be much better.
