Reviews

Former tenant·12 minutes ago

beautifully designed units, poor landlord response

Pros

I generally loved the apartment I stayed in and the brand new fixtures and amenities for the price

Cons

Noise levels from the surrounding streets, plus the business downstairs were untenable. Landlords did very little to remedy the issue, and doors to the basement are often left open so mice become an issue. Trash area is absolutely disgusting (tenants just throw their trash on the ground instead of in the can itself). Issues take days to weeks to get resolved.

Advice to the owners

Respect the good tenants who pay their bills and are good to their neighbors.

Former tenant·Over 3 years ago

Worst neighbors ever

Pros

It has laundry and bike storage

Cons

Neighbors were the worst. If you had a package you literally had to run to get it or it will disappear in less than 5 min

Advice to the owners

Be more responsible on your tenants needs
