Pricey but comfortable. Super meh, staff very nice.

Pros:
Quality of everything, shared spaces, rooftop is amazing. Honestly good value for what you get in this neighborhood compared to other lux buildings. Most of the doormen/women are very nice. Location is impeccable.
Cons:
Mixed opinions on the current super. Has fixed only some of things requested, didn't follow up on water seepage issue. Gym could be a little better but not bad. Rent could be lower of course. But still a good experience.

Charges a lot for amenities, in particular re ting out spaces like the rooftop

Decent building - charging too much though

Friendly doorman and nice, well kept amenities
Cons:
Amount of space and level of service received is not up to par for the price of these apartments. Maintenance requests take almost 2 weeks to fulfill and management is not helpful. Also the finishes are cheap- the paint on my bathroom fixtures is already chipping after 2 years in these apartments and I was the first to live in this unit.
Advice to owner:
Hire more maintenance so you can fulfill requests faster
