Lovely prewar walk up community

Pros:
The community, management, and super are excellent.
Cons:
Unfortunately some tenants are not very clean so there’s a pest problem (despite monthly terminator treatment).

Good potential but loud

Pros:
- good location, near trains - big apartments for cost - rent controlled - have monthly exterminator - super is accessible and nice
Cons:
- paper thin walls because building is old, moved out due to issues with this in terms of footsteps and sound transfer between units - neighbors have had bug and mice problems - heater was often stuck
