Very nicely priced, good location (2 blocks from Whole Foods, 2 blocks from the Q), landlord and super are very responsive

Cons

Sometimes it's hard to get packages

Loved it here. Mr. Luigi, the super, was the best!

Clean, well-maintained, safe

Cons

Walk-in and we lived on the 4th floor, but it's NYC. Also rent went way higher after COVID

Advice to the owners

Not much to say except maybe keep the rent a little lower!
