this building gives me nightmares

garbage chute good lighting in bedroom

Cons

hallways, elevator, and stairwell were the dirtiest i’ve ever seen. heat is incredibly hot. right next to manhattan bridge/train very loud. tenants would normally stare and give un-approving looks. this building is infested with roaches and rats elevator is normally broken and people get trapped inside. tenants smoke in stairwell no window in kitchen no living room

Advice to the owners

fix the elevator and hire pest control and cleaners
