Good for single working girls or students

Pros

Landlord lives on the second floor of the building and rents 3 rooms on the first floor. So they are very invested in maintaining the facilities and are very responsive.

Cons

Internet can be a little unstable at times.

Advice to the owners

Would be nice if access to laundry in the house was provided.
