Nice high rise

Pros

I loved living here. The closet space was insane and I thought the apartments were well kept. The building staff are so kind and it’s in an amazing location. It is rent stabilized as well. Maintenance was amazing. Apartment is pretty quiet. I never heard my neighbors

Cons

every year I lived there for three years there was new management. You could tell small differences but overall it was pretty similar. Management was ok to respond. They wouldn’t negotiate my rent price increase despite me losing a beautiful view from new high rises. They followed nyc rent stabilization committee with rent increases.

Close to train, but noisy

Pros

Nice doormen and lobby, laundry in building, marble stairwells and charm.

Cons

Filled with college kids so noisy. Always construction right outside.
