Old building old owners many issues

Pros:
The space is huge and gets lots of good sunlight.
Cons:
The landlord has multiple cats that live in the hallways creating an undeniably horrible stench 80% of the time. It’s always freezing in the winter because the landlord almost never puts the heat on or when she does only at random hours. So you’ll need to buy space heaters which will drive up your electric bill. Also the landlord is not quick to repair anything legit went 6+ months without a functioning oven. And lastly the landlords son is aggressive and borderline dangerous. Honestly would not suggest moving here.
Advice to owner:
Stop renting to people.
