apartment size are decent.

Cons

pest control comes every week because the building is old and the rats eat everything. Alma realty worst management office, unresponsive and rude.

Advice to the owners

fire everybody in that leasing office.

Displaced two times in four years for constant ceiling leaking and ceiling falling down. No gas for 1 year. No hot water for 4 years.
