Pros
Great management that listens, takes care of, and acts promptly about any issues.
Cons
Downstairs neighbor was very annoying, but nothing that management could do about

Really amazing spot, landlords don't listen
Pros
Beautiful block, amazing apartment, awesome washer/dryer/dishwasher situation. Tub has jets.
Cons
Landlords will tell gaslight you about building issues, I lived for two winters without proper heat because their system showed it was warm. Meanwhile I could see my breath.
Advice to the owners
Listen to your tenants
