I loved it here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Big, rent-stabilized unit; elevator; laundry in the basement; WONDERFUL live-in super, who kept the halls, stairway and elevator clean; nice neighbors; dishwasher; quiet, tree-lined street; close to the subway; management responds quickly when you email them
Cons:
Management seemed a little disorganized, but once you know exactly who to contact at the mgmt. company just reach out to them directly. Some people at Beach Lane Mgmt. are very nice and helpful, others very mean and unhelpful. Also, no screens on the windows - you have to supply your own. Overall though this was my favorite apartment I've had in the city.
Advice to owner:
As I said, I've had some very good experiences with people at Beach Lane Mgmt., and some very negative ones. Don't be condescending to your renters when we ask honest questions.
