Pros

Trash and building are taken care of, and the pest control people do come once a month on a Tuesday

Cons

Top floor unit has experienced mice. While it was handled with and we haven’t seen any since it leads me to believe they may still be in the building. Lights are out in the main walkway and have been for a month, packages sometimes are stolen

Advice to the owners

Replace the lightbulbs in the hallway please and thank you

It was a good apartment

Pros

Nice area nice cafes next to park. Landlord is responsive.

Cons

Not enough natural light. Stove is faulty. Sometimes faulty doors. No roof access.

Make renovations to doors and appliances.
