Wonderful building staff (super, maintenance, grounds) but Delta Management is god awful
Pros
The building staff is absolutely wonderful. The super is thoughtful and the maintenance group is kind and responsive.
Cons
I wish I could Delta management negative stars. Their front office is atrocious. Marilyn Solar is one of the nastiest, most professionally lacking people we’ve ever dealt with. She’s rude, non responsive, and makes us feel a burden when we have issues. They were supposed to have brought in new leadership but the change has yet to reveal itself. Unprofessional, thieves
Advice to the owners
Would you live in one of your own properties? These are people lives you deal with. Their homes. Never in our years in BK have we been faced with such atrocious customer service. Unfortunately it is not unique to us as we have friends in one of your other properties and this is an across the board issue. TIGHTEN UP
Nice place but noise from everywhere possible
Pros
- Clean and the building entrance is gorgeous with all the florals - The building workers are all super nice and friendly, - Lots of sunlight in unit - The trash chutes here are bigger than in other building's I've lived in which makes things so much easier for me personally - Pet friendly :) - Multiple entrances is super useful
Cons
- Walls/ceilings are super thin so you will hear everything and management will ignore you if you try to talk to them about it - Heaters also make all kinds of noises possible including this super annoying high pitched sound and even when you turn the heaters off, they don't actually turn off? - Heaters are very strong which could be good for some ppl but sometimes the unit gets unbearably hot even with windows open in the middle of fall/winter - Building is on a pretty busy road so there's always a bunch of honking - Smaller sized roaches on a semi-regular basis, kind of standard but I've lived in better situations - Street parking situation isn't awful, can def find something around but can take a bit and building parking wait list is long - A fair amount of the residents here have nasty attitudes lol 50/50 chance
