It's a very old building

Thick walls, can't hear much unless being obsessively loud.

Cons

had bedbug infestation 2012-2014. dead water bugs in the staircase of the building. birds living on the top floor, coming through windows.

Advice to the owners

more maintenance throughout the building with clean equipment, mop stinks.
