Good price, Small space but works for me.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to a laundromat (less than 5 min walk), on the same street as an elementary school so there are always crossing guards and people keeping watch, 10 min walk to multiple different grocery stores, ~7 minute walk to 155th Station but its C train only, ~12 minute walk to 145th st station which is perfect. Cute buildings on the street.
Cons:
Hard to get ahold of the Super, he's always out of town. Im a heavy sleeper so doesn’t bother me much but it can get louder then ideal at night sometimes. Many random tiles on the ground inside the building are coming loose which isn't safe or a great look. Would be nice for someone to do a simple sweep or once a year clean inside. It's just so annoying that packages can't be delivered unless I am home to let them in. I have had to deal with a mouse
Advice to owner:
Don't know them well enough but clean inside of building.

Bedbug issues not properly addressed
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment itself is very nice.
Cons:
I’ve had recurring issues with bedbugs, and while exterminators have been sent to my unit the landlord refuses to service the whole building in order to actually address the issue.
