Loud, thin walls and floors. Showers aren’t great. The lobby doors are always broken and not working

Land lord is terrible

The building itself is great and I loved my apartment. However, the building has since been renovated and my apartment is no longer the same lay out
Cons:
The landlord, building management, heat/hot water went out about 25-30% of the time, maintenance entered our apartment without giving us notice when we made requests, at the start of Covid the building / units in the building underwent construction - the noise was unloveable throughout the day Mon-Sat, increased risk of exposure with contractors working all throughout the building, the management company made the building un-livable/ what felt unsafe. Landlord was aggressive to work with.
