Nice building, unresponsive management, noisy neighbors

Pros:
Clean, well maintained elevator building, nice super
Cons:
Noisy neighbors, can hear music blasting in the middle of the night, no consideration for other neighbors, when confronted are very disrespectful; smoke smells from neighbors comes into your apartment and building owners were totally dismissive/ unresponsive to complaints. Wouldn’t patch cracks in our apartment so smells wouldn’t come in, wouldn’t enforce with neighbors that their 2nd hand smoking is affecting neighbors’ health. Also - took long time to get security deposit back. Another sign of management just being unresponsive

Pros:
Close to all major highways, trains & Buses. Great elementary school
Cons:
Walls are very thin and smell of moldy through heating vents
Advice to owner:
Clean the heating unit and better control on pest
