nice apartment but location is OK with bad building manager
Pros
neighbors in the building are very friendly and helpful, and hallways are clean. spacious apartments with good storage. nice natural light
Cons
the building manager is unavailable at random times and has a horrible attitude. one time was locked out of building because the outdoor keypad wasnt working and he was nowhere to be found. we had to leave the outside door open :/ apartment can get very loud during summer months with loud music blaring so be aware
Advice to the owners
hire someone who actually is available,
