Decent spot for cheap

Pros:
Not bad, cheap walk up right on top of the six train

Neighborhood is nice
Cons:
Lots of neighbors making noise, constantly issues with heaters

Suitable and good location

Pros:
Super is attentive

Location is fantastic (on top of 6 train, great access to grocery stores, bars, and gyms)
Cons:
Old building with some old units that make problems for other units (ie, upstairs neighbor had plumbing issues and refused service causing problems for me)
