Amazing! Would live here again
Pros
The building is very well located, close to Central Park and the UES coffees and restaurant. Building is well maintained and the appartment renovated (at least my unit). Super and management are very responsive. My unit was a gem for a very fair price

96th St is a busy street so with the windows open it can be noisy.
