Great experience there - amazing super

Pros

The super is amazing. He really takes care of all tenants. Building amenities are also great - the gym and roof especially! Doormen were also awesome and kept the place safe and organized

Cons

Homeless population around street; across the street from section 8 housing Doormen make the place feel very safe though
