    Great experience there - amazing super

    Pros:
    The super is amazing. He really takes care of all tenants. Building amenities are also great - the gym and roof especially! Doormen were also awesome and kept the place safe and organized
    Cons:
    Homeless population around street; across the street from section 8 housing

    Doormen make the place feel very safe though

    The Grayson was a great place to live for two years. The building staff is kind and responsive. Experienced issues with pests but was dealt with promptly.
    Cons:
    The block on 28th St between 2nd and 3rd Ave is sometimes loud at night.
