Filthy Carpets and Lobbies Grilling and (c) openigloo cars in the open Courtyard Thin (c) openigloo Walls (Everything can be heard (c) openigloo through the doors and walls) Smells (c) openigloo of smoke and food enter (c) openigloo the apartment's Laundry room are dirty (c) openigloo and machines are not cleaned (c) openigloo Amenities NEVER been opened since (c) openigloo building opened Management take no accountability
Advice to owner:
HUD and HPD funding given to management company Biggest tax brakes and you allow for your tenants to live like this

I dont like the neighborhood, (c) openigloo their is nothing close by (c) openigloo and your car could get (c) openigloo broken into at anytime at (c) openigloo night and the pet policy (c) openigloo should have stayed in place (c) openigloo the animals make way too (c) openigloo much noise and poop in (c) openigloo the lobby ,the smoking on (c) openigloo the stair case and people (c) openigloo leaving side doors to the (c) openigloo building open to let anyone (c) openigloo in .
Advice to owner:
Stop throwing trash near the car they get scratched by them .

-Has a Roach and Rodent (c) openigloo Infestation in the whole building (c) openigloo and in every apartment -Intercom breakdown (c) openigloo at least 2 times a (c) openigloo month -Elevator is messed up but (c) openigloo the building continues to put (c) openigloo it in service -Has an (c) openigloo exterminator comes once a year (c) openigloo but only exterminates mice not (c) openigloo roaches ....Exterminator products DO NOT (c) openigloo WORK-JUST A WASTE OF TIME - (c) openigloo Super cleans building when he (c) openigloo wants to, Not daily -Super and (c) openigloo building Management DOES NOT FIX (c) openigloo ANYTHING IN BUILDING, It is (c) openigloo better to just move. -The Infestation (c) openigloo is so bad that You (c) openigloo can not keep your food (c) openigloo or utensils in the kitchen (c) openigloo cabinets and drawers -The floor boards (c) openigloo are messed up even though (c) openigloo when the building was finished, (c) openigloo Management rushed tenants in to (c) openigloo live and they said they (c) openigloo supposedly "Fixed It" -The bathroom sink (c) openigloo is broke down, tiles around (c) openigloo the apartment is falling off (c) openigloo due to bad handy work -All (c) openigloo of the apartment vents DO (c) openigloo NOT WORK, they are JUST (c) openigloo FOR SHOW...It collects soooo much (c) openigloo dust in just a week -The (c) openigloo THERMOSTAT IS JUST FOR SHOW, (c) openigloo it has never worked ! -The (c) openigloo super cleans entire building with (c) openigloo a dirty mop, so the (c) openigloo building stinks afterwards -WAVECREST MANAGEMENT WILL (c) openigloo HASSLE YOU ABOUT YOUR TAX (c) openigloo PAPERS AND THEN THREATEN TO (c) openigloo KICK YOU OUT (They will (c) openigloo not tell you why they (c) openigloo need them) -THIS BUILDING IS ACROSS (c) openigloo THE STREET TO A GAS (c) openigloo STATION (which results in car (c) openigloo accidents and customer arguements all (c) openigloo the time) and it is (c) openigloo just a matter of time (c) openigloo when the gas station decides (c) openigloo to blow up -The super kids (c) openigloo smoke and drink and play (c) openigloo loud music in front of (c) openigloo the building (At random times) -Roaches (c) openigloo are sooo bad that they (c) openigloo crawl on you no matter (c) openigloo where you are in your (c) openigloo apartment (Bed, Toilet, Walking Around, (c) openigloo Sitting at the computer, and (c) openigloo sleeping) - The building behind the (c) openigloo gas station and the building (c) openigloo behind 1016 are always fighting (c) openigloo each other verbally and physically (c) openigloo and they usually take the (c) openigloo drama in front of the (c) openigloo gas station(which 1016 overlooks) -There is (c) openigloo NO BUILDING SECURITY (They just (c) openigloo have signs that says your (c) openigloo on 24/7 camera watch) BUT (c) openigloo I AM PRETTY SURE NOBODY (c) openigloo WATCHES THOSE CAMERAS -lastly, In the (c) openigloo apartments; the front door, the (c) openigloo side walls and ceilings are (c) openigloo too thin, you can hear (c) openigloo everything CLEARLY and it is (c) openigloo ANNOYING

WAVECREST YOU NEED TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR BUILDINGS IN DEPTH AND FIND A NEW SUPER TO DO HIS JOB !

In the beginning the elevators (c) openigloo and laundry room. Quite and (c) openigloo clean (in the beginning) when (c) openigloo building had its first tenants
Cons:
Dirty floors, elevators, broken washing (c) openigloo machine and dryers in laundry (c) openigloo room. Weed smell on every (c) openigloo floor. Selling of drugs, constant (c) openigloo police activity. Fights, broken intercom, (c) openigloo frequently broken front door so (c) openigloo anyone can get access to (c) openigloo enter the building. People sleeping (c) openigloo in hallway stairs. Urinating in (c) openigloo the hallway stairs. Big dogs (c) openigloo in apartments although pets are (c) openigloo not allowed unless you have (c) openigloo a medical condition that requires (c) openigloo you to have one. Camera (c) openigloo system don’t work. They say (c) openigloo they do but packages get (c) openigloo stolen and no one knows (c) openigloo anything
Advice to owner:
You really need to start paying attention. People don’t want to pay rent not because they can’t but because your building is not safe at all! It’s so sad that people can’t just move.

One (c) openigloo tenent that lives here is (c) openigloo annoying and when he drinks (c) openigloo he becomes a nuisance to (c) openigloo everyone.
