Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant reviews indicate that properties managed by Philip Goldfarb generally offer a well-maintained living experience with an emphasis on cleanliness and strong management responsiveness. Residents appreciate the friendly doormen and the overall pleasant community atmosphere. However, there are recurring concerns about rising rent prices and inconsistent heating and cooling systems, which seem to affect comfort levels, especially during seasonal transitions. While many tenants commend the amenities and maintenance staff, some express frustration with management's communication and responsiveness regarding repairs and issues. Overall, tenants enjoy living in these buildings but recommend a more tenant-friendly rental approach.
