Decent mid range luxury, management could be better
Pros
Amazing rooftop, huge, great views. Decent small-ish gym and a pool. V quiet between apts - never hear the neighbors. Great neighborhood, close to Fort Greene Park, Brooklyn Bridge Park, multiple subway lines. Don’t understand the reviews that say dat from transit - the F, 2/3,4/5, Q, A/C are ALL within 10 mins walk! Nice building staff.
Cons
Really the only con is the mgmt/owners who are slow to respond and inflexible. The building staff are all lovely.
Advice to the owners
Be nicer to the tenants! Happy tenants will renew and recommend to others.

Decent value and good space

Lots of space for price, responsive maintenance, friendly building staff
Cons
Location isn’t great, immediate area is dead and it’s a bit away from closest trains
