great building but has some cons
Pros
- very friendly staff and doormen - little to no noise complaints, very quiet (inside facing unit) despite being right across from a fire + police station - in unit speakers - gym and pool - large space
Cons
- water pressure is sporadic, sometimes strong, sometimes super weak - cant cook anything without fire alarm going off - no wiggle room on rent / month by month / extensions / sublets - pretty large increase in rent over time - ac/heater has broken so many times i lost count - a bit far from subway - turned deli into a smoke shop right outside the entrance, which is right next to a daycare(!?)
Good management, bad location
Pros
The swimming pool and the gym. Building managers are kind. Always look very clean.
Cons
Too close to a police station and a fire station. Very noisy if live close to street.
