Great 1st Apartment on Single Living UES
Former Tenant
Pros:
-Supers are amazing, always attentive and above and beyond. Floors are always clean, and I never had a pest in my 3 years!
-Landlords are pretty easygoing but being a large company, not negotiable
-Great location, right across subway!
-No worries about heat, always warm and cozy
Cons:
-Landlords are not negotiable, even during pandemic, they rose my rent
-Thin walls, so you can hear your neighbors (make sure to bring a white noise machine!)
-Loud location, being close to 2nd avenue. Often hearing drilling on weekends and sirens
