Good location, challenges with management company

A great block in UWS. Location is really ideal. Building is super quiet because there are only a few apartments here.
Cons
Owned by a management company who you cannot call, only use portal. They will squeeze every penny out of you. Guaranteed that they will raise the rent as much as they can. They also don't give enough notice on rent renewals. Really annoying when you've lived here awhile and they seem to have no care about that. Apartment is old and we had some flooding early on. We love the neighborhood but it's hard to keep paying these rent increases.....
Advice to the owners
If you put even an ounce of consideration into your tenants, no one would want to leave.
