Pros:
The people who live in the building are great neighbors
Cons:
Landlord (Gregory) only wants to respond to people via phone call from the hours of 8am-4pm, but still doesn’t answer (seems like he doesn’t want a paper trail behind him). He only calls whenever he needs something from you. He is also extremely aggressive and made me feel uncomfortable numerous times.
Advice to owner:
New landlord needed. ASAP.
