While tenants appreciate the quiet neighborhoods, natural light, and some positive interactions with a few staff members, there are consistent issues with building cleanliness, pest infestations (cockroaches, mice, and even rats), and poor garbage management. Get friendly with Roaches!!!!

Pros

quiet, good light, great neighborhood

Cons

building is kept in horrible shape. super is very sweet but is not very responsive. roaches are an issue on every floor-- pest control is supposed to come once a month but does not show up. sometimes you see dead ones in the hallway. no mice in my unit but did see one large dead rat the 2nd floor on my way out to work one morning over the winter... and issues with heat regulation in the winter.
