Nice location in Williamsburg, close to shopping and restaurants. Nearby grocery stores. Newly renovated unit.

Poor super. He is responsive but never actually shows up to fix the issues unless you reach out non stop. When he finally does show up, it will be at 9pm. They might fix the issue but it;s usually a quick fix and the same thing happens again. They do not have anyone come and clean the common space EVER.
Advice to the owners
Hire someone to clean the common space once a week. Do not use cheap stuff during the renovation because they break from everyday use. The new fridge is a defective model that consistently causing over freezing in the freezer leading to extensive leaking in the fridge.
