Well maintained building in great locations

Pros

- super is very friendly and helpful - building is very well manitained - lived here for three years and had no pest issues whatsoever - management and super were very responsive and helpful

Cons

- i was on the second floor and it was a little dark

Pay Claudio well, he's wonderful!

Great first apartment

Pros

overall loved it! exposed brick and modern appliances with a very responsive super intendent

Cons

We were the top floor and had water damage on the ceiling. The first go around they just painted over it but the second time they actually fixed it
