Tale as Old as Time
Pros
Great location, large space, wonderful sunlight, great neighbors.
Cons
None of the rooms, except the bathroom, had doors. I was desperate, so I signed a lease. But having a 2 bedroom becomes a moot point when neither room has a door and there’s a doorway connecting the two. I had to patch holes and paint walls when I moved in. Landlord did nothing. I had issues with the heat both winters and the landlord didn’t believe me. Had to move in the middle of the winter bc it became too much. Space heater didn’t work because there were no doors. So it was working to heat up two bedrooms, living room, and kitchen, instead of just my bedroom. Landlord isn’t very responsive and is annoying to deal with.
