Good location Bad landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is good, close to the 36th ave subway station.
Cons:
The management company and landlord are not taking care of the building. The windows in the hallway are extremely dirty and the common areas are never cleaned properly. There are issues with the hot water .
Advice to owner:
A cleaner common area and some security cameras would make a huge difference.
