Beautiful building, beautiful area, new construction, spacious - great lighting
Cons
Has not been safe, someone tried to randomly break down front door police report made - local act of random violence - landlords reinforced after two weeks persistently asking also current owners are not following city guidelines and 1st floor pays all utilities for basement apartment dwellers (closed off from 1st floor as well) shared meter investigation underway. Not a proper amount of trashcans for trash. Landlords have tried to utilize our personal wifi for their own security system.
Advice to the owners
Be honest, follow the law, we are all hardworking individuals just trying to rent and live nicely.
