Renewal was a battle every year, they tried to raise the price pretty significantly one year because we moved in during covid and got a good deal The building definitely went downhill after Freestone took over Didn't keep up with common areas very well During my four years in the building we lost access to the laundry room and they tried to raise our rent even after losing that amenity Other tenants in the building had worse experiences
Stay away from Freestone at all costs

Decently clean building, supers are nice (probably because they're a third-party company, not Freestone themselves)
Cons
Freestone Property Group is sketchy as hellllllll. They're definitely based overseas, Brazil I think—impossible to get ahold of, their leasing people are awful to deal with, and overall, just an incredibly incompetent organization. Definitely have something to hide, I feel.
