Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant reviews of Brown Harris Stevens-managed buildings reflect generally well-maintained and clean properties with friendly, attentive staff and helpful doormen who enhance resident experience. Many appreciate the promptness of the superintendent and the solid amenities provided. However, some properties show pest control concerns, occasional outdated features, and slow or inconsistent responsiveness from management regarding maintenance requests. A few tenants report challenges with paperwork and management communication. Despite these issues, most renters recommend staying due to the quiet environment, good locations, and quality of living. Continued focus on improving management responsiveness and pest control would benefit tenant satisfaction further.

Pretty great all around

Pros

The staff is AMAZING. They are the kindest people, and they're truly what makes the building so great. The building is very well maintained, with great amenities.

Cons

The super was pretty much impossible to get in contact with, and was not very nice when we did get in contact.

Advice to the owners

Perhaps align better with the condo owners so that the renters are not left dealing with unresolved issues for months at a time.
