Roaches never die

Pros

Usual quiet building; super is fairly responsive when he is on-site (not on weeks-long trips); trash chutes

Cons

Roaches moved in shortly after they did poor job of fixing massive water damage/flooding from floor above and they have been impossible to eradicate. Have to sign up for pest control in lobby every month
