Pros

- great staff and super + doormen - best location in all of nyc - great apartment layout - amazing view - best place I've ever lived

Cons

- Sometimes I saw centipedes and there was no w/d in the unit, but the building had it at least

- Very nice and responsive staff - Proactive about maintenance/upkeep - Tenants are mostly working professionals or families - Impeccably located for transit access

- Can be moderately noisy at times due to construction/renovation work and families with small children. - Slow drains
