Pros

Always have heat. Good people living here.

Cons

The building doesn’t get cleaned. Trash on the floors, not mopped regularly. Back door to the garbage is left open and lots of rats. The lobby smells and there are flys inside during summer months.

Get someone to mop and take care of rats
