Good management, well kept with a few exceptions

Pros:
Accurate rent renewals, responsive super, friendly porter, nice ground care with some beautiful flowers & trees. My apartment rooms are big. Responsive for mandatory maintenance (painting, plumbing, appliance)
Cons:
This is an old building frequently requiring apartment or building level shutdowns to repair plumbing or electrical. Currently (June 2022) the laundry room is closed due to a violation requiring installation of sprinklers.
Advice to owner:
Please advise tenants on a more timely and complete basis about building repairs.
