Best Landlord in the City!
Pros
The landlord is by far the best I’ve ever had in New York and elsewhere. Sam is incredibly friendly and attentive. Any issues I’ve had over the years have been minor but they always have been addressed promptly and without any pushback. The building is well maintained and the neighborhood is quiet, clean and safe.
Cons
The occasional obnoxious noise from traffic one street over but that’s really only during rush hour. Overall it’s a amazing how quiet the street can be given that it’s so close to the highway and subway. The alley adjacent to the building could use some lighting as it’s a heavily traveled path for both pedestrians and vehicles.
