You will be forced out
Former Tenant

The worst/ scamming building mgmt ever
Former Tenant
Pros:
I had a great relaxing view from my apt at the back of the building.
Cons:
The mail/ packages always got stolen
The building mgmt has had scaffolding for over 8 yrs or more but ZERO work gets done. The owner puts nothing into the building presentation.
Advice to owner:
Stop scamming your renters!!!! You pretend u own but then u pretend to be a co op because u sold 3 apts. So after a yr w renters you take advantage and raise the rent not according to law but because u stop giving them leases. It didn’t just happen to me, a couple of neighbors had the same story. I lived there many yrs. And dealt with his unfortunate ways. I had a lot of anxiety with the constant changing rental prices and never having a proper lease. He doubled the rent w out ZERO improvements to the apt... I couldn’t wait to leave that site!!
