Good location, laundry in basement, roof access
Cons:
Maintenance issues, moldy laundry machines, loud neighbors

Landlord was always very responsive had no big issues while living here

Overall it was a good building
Cons:
One Bedroom and living room faced another unit so had no natural light coming in in these spaces
Advice to owner:
Be more transparent about no natural light hitting the living space and one of the bedrooms

Nice but Far

Huge common areas, updated apartment, loved the land lord.
Cons:
Loud Neighbors. Really far from public’s transit. Neighborhood didn’t always feel safe.
Advice to owner:
If there’s a way to invest in sound proofing I’d recommend it, otherwise keep doing what you’re doing
