Pros:
I initially was attracted to the location and the amenities.
Cons:
Heating and air conditioning consistently not working during peak winter and summer months. Electrical issues in unit. Increased ConEd bills due to the issues. Packages go missing as people trespass through the front entrance. The management company did compensate for the increased ConEd bills. However, they did not compensate for the many days/nights I was left without heat or air conditioning.
