Pros

- Back yard (but not furnished - Elevator (sometimes it breaks down) - Laundry (but sometimes out of service for weeks) Laundry room has not functioned since Mid-January 2025 - Nice interiors - Great location to subway

Cons

- Rat infestation in basement - The basement has gym that is unusable because its has a musty mold smell - The laundry room doesn't work sometimes - Packages often times get stollen - Storage area is unusable because its covered in mold / musty smell - basement floods when huge rainstorms

Nice building Terrible management

Pros

No pests and new finishes

Cons

Terrible management! The central AC was broken and they didn’t fix it for a month during, all this during a heat advisory. The “gym” has never worked, it is moldy and flooded All the washers and dryers are broken, when functional only one washer or dryer works If you have a problem don’t expect management to help anytime soon, this includes if you lock yourself out of the apartment The elevator breaks around once a month Also, unless you’re Dominican this area might not be for you, it’s Mostly older people around, not many good restaurants either.
