Pros

Monthly pest maintenance, monthly hallway cleaning, super responsive landlord, good communication with the handyman/super

Cons

Very few outlets throughout the apartment thus having to use extension cords everywhere; there are two circuits where one runs most of the apartment and the other is only for an A/C in the front of the apartment--so we have tripped the breaker 1-2x a year since we've been here despite our best efforts to be super careful (the breaker then needs to be turned on by a neighbor; luckily it's usually been early in the morning when they're home); additionally walls/floors feel paper thin sometimes (downstairs neighbor is a loud sneezer), loud as heck heating elements (have had them replaced once with virtually no benefit), old counter tops and cabinets that could use a replacement
