Great place but overpriced
Pros
- high ceiling - Floor to ceiling windows - large spaces - nice kitchen - generous storage - super nice staff
Cons
- super noisy window AC unit with no remote control. - bad exterior maintenance - weird design choices for the lobby and amenities - very small gym - rooftop is a bit neglected. Missing proper lights, sinks, and outdoor furniture. - Floor to ceiling windows makes it hard to install blinds. You simply cannot install blinds on the ceiling without blocking the windows.
Advice to the owners
Combine the amenities between the three buildings you own and offer larger gym and proper business center. Replace the AC units with central AC or for the very least - install AC units with remote
