Great apartment, poor management, worse neighbor
Pros
Great size apartment, close to train, awesome location. True 1BR with a nice big kitchen.
Cons
Management difficult to contact, say they are handling complaints but likely were not. Extremely unsafe situation with a neighbor was not taken as seriously as I needed or wanted. Eventually, after weeks of discussion, I was allowed to break my lease and I left for my own safety. Yikes. I miss the apartment and neighborhood, but with everything that went down I won't be going back.

Horrible owners. Stay away
Pros
Well heated, nice superintendent, close to shops and subway
Cons
Bed bug infested, landlord and management company are rude. Landlord raises rent beyond legal amounts
Advice to the owners
Sell it to someone who cares about the tenants
